Decennium Management Group began in 2017, bringing together decades of executive finance, operations, and human services experience to strengthen organizations serving people with developmental disabilities, their families, and support teams. We partner with providers to build stable, person-centered services that deliver reliable, long-term outcomes.
Leadership And Expertise
Our leadership brings more than forty years of combined experience across New Jersey’s developmental disability system, including DDD budget review, guardianship, support coordination, residential services, family advocacy, and executive financial management. With backgrounds in public administration, psychology, social work, mental health, and school-based support, we help individuals, families, providers, and organizations navigate complex rules, funding, and service options.
